HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH MY ESTATE AGENT?

All of our staging installations are completely unique and bespoke to each project. This is why we're pleased to be the only staging company locally to offer a finance option.

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME FOR ANY FURNITURE DELIVERIES?

We will liaise with your estate agent and ensure they are kept in the loop throughout the process. They will receive a copy of any reports and be aware of any work carried out. We can also liaise with them to arrange collection of keys.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

No. All deliveries will come to us and we will just arrive in a van on the day of the installation with all of the items required to stage your home.

We aim to complete all installations within 14 days of contract sign off. We will then agree a rental duration with extensions in place if required. Once your property has exchanged, we will arrange to come back and de-stage.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO STAGE MY HOME?

Ideally, the best time to stage your property is before you come onto the market. That way, the first time your property is viewed it is viewed in the right light.

We carefully consider who the target buyer is likely to be and then base our styling choices on what we know will appeal to them.

MY PROPERTY IS ALREADY ON THE MARKET, IS IT TOO LATE TO CONSIDER STAGING?

DO YOU STAGE VACANT AS WELL AS OCCUPIED PROPERTIES?

No. If you're property is on the market and isn't selling, then now be a great time to consider staging. Staging will always cost less than the first drop in asking price.
